You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me779 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify me779 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. me779 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
The minimum deposit amount on me779 is ₱20 (Philippine Peso twenty). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods published on the Platform at the time of deposit. me779 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

me779 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) me779 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, AML violations, or other unlawful conduct; (c) a regulatory authority requires such action; or (d) the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other Players, me779, or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination for breach, me779 may withhold any account balance pending investigation and resolution of the breach. Genuine account balances held at the time of non-breach-related termination will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to me779's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. me779 will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for arbitration in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
me779 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the Platform and/or by notification to registered email addresses or mobile numbers at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.
